Join the CCOM Wellness Committee for a refreshing morning of relaxation, renewal, and connection at our M4 Sauna & Cold Plunge Social.
We’ll start the day with several sauna and cold plunge rounds at Lost Language Sauna, giving you the chance to reset your nervous system, boost your energy, and connect with classmates in a calm, supportive environment. No prior sauna or cold plunge experience is needed — all levels are welcome.
After the session, we’ll head over together for brunch at Pick Me Up Cafe, continuing the connection over great food and conversation.
Bonus: All attendees will be entered into a $100 raffle giveaway for 3 additional sauna sessions.
